enjoy developing training and education materials and mindfulness apps for children, and writing books.<\/p>\n I put my heart and soul into giving training courses and workshops at home and abroad. The annual silent retreat gives peace in a busy life. I have since taught Mindfulness to children and youth from all walks of life, and I continue to be passionate about sharing the transformative nature of pausing, being present, open and attentive in our daily lives. Originally from Australia I have called Hong Kong home since 1992.
